What does a registered agent cost at renewal?
Among published renewal prices, $48.99 to $596 a year. Mainstay Filing renews at $149, the same as year one.
How do I stop a registered agent from auto-renewing?
Ask before the renewal date. Tell Mainstay Filing before renewal and it will not renew. A filing already submitted that year cannot be refunded. Other providers set their own terms on their pages.
Is it worth switching at renewal?
