4 providers we priced mention a prepay price. It can beat their own renewal rate. It does not beat a renewal rate that never moves unless you want to lock in years you may not need: Mainstay Filing renews at $149 and you can cancel before the next renewal.

• Harbor Compliance $99 year one, $159 after. $99 for the first year for new customers, then $159/yr. Prepaying two or three years keeps $99/yr for those years.
• InCorp Services $129 year one, $129 after. As low as $87/yr if you prepay five years.
• MyLLC $129 year one, $129 after. As low as $87/yr if you prepay five years.
• IncParadise $89 year one, $89 after. Its state page also lists a $40/yr pre-pay special.

Prepaying trades flexibility for price. If you may dissolve the company, move states, or change agents, a refundable-at-renewal plan keeps those options open. Terms for refunds are on each provider’s page and were not checked here.
